Pre-finished Hardwood Floors

This type of flooring comes from the factory already finished and ready to install. To begin the installation process all that is needed is a clean, smooth and dry sub floor. While the cost of the wood is somewhat more than un-finished hardwoods, there is less cost for labor because there is no sanding involved or additional coats to apply.

· No smell caused by the finish.
